Privacy Policy – effective 05/01/2017

Your information is important. Service Club Innovations (the “Company”) is sensitive to the private nature of the information you provide to it over the Internet and through your use of the DonorTrail Application (the “Application”). This privacy policy is designed to maximize your ability to protect your personal information, while at the same time permit Company to provide you the opportunity to obtain interesting and useful information, products and services.

This policy will let you know what information the Company and the Application collect and use and what your rights are to access, see and use information on the Application. By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you accept and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy and any other applicable terms, and you consent to the processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy.

Information Collection

A. Purpose: Users can access limited features of the Application without disclosing personal information. In order to access the entire Application, users must make a donation and register for an account, which will provide the registrant with full access to the Application.

B. Information Collected: During the account registration process, you will be asked to submit financial and personal information, including your name, an active email address and an account password. You will be required to confirm you are at least 21 years old.

C. Financial Information: When you purchase an “Ale Trail” through the Application or website, the Company and/or its authorized service providers may request that you provide certain personal and financial information in order to process your order. Such information may include name, e-mail address, PayPal account information, credit or debit card number, expiration date, billing address and other financial and billing information. The Company and/or its authorized service providers may collect and use this information to process, confirm, and record the payments you make through the Application. Please see the Security section below for further details.

D. Other Information that Company Collects: Information concerning your smartphone and computer hardware and software is automatically collected by the Application and/or website. This information may include your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring website. This information is used to maintain the quality of Company’s service and to provide general statistics about website visitors and Application usage.

E. Storage and Transfer of Personally Identifiable Information: Company may store and process information in the United States or any other country in which Company or Company’s affiliates operate. By using Company’s Application and website, you consent to any such transfer of information outside your country.

Use and Sharing of Information

Company collects and uses your personal information in order to operate the Application and website and to provide its online and electronic services, including promotional correspondence related to the Application. The collection of your email address, name and address during account registration enables Company to send you account login information and to assist you if you lose access. Except as stated below, the personal information you provide will not be shared with any third-parties, although Company reserves the right to share such information with Company’s affiliates and subsidiaries without your permission.

Company may sometimes hire other companies to provide limited services on Company’s behalf, such as providing customer service and performing statistical analysis of Company’s services. Company will only provide those companies with the information that they need to provide Company with such services and Company will prohibit them from using that information for any other purpose.

Company reserves the right to disclose your personal information, without notice, only if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: 1) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on Company or 2) protect and defend the rights or property of the Company and 3) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of Application or website users.

Company tracks the pages on Company’s website and within the Application that Company’s customers visit in order to determine which areas are the most popular. This data is used to deliver customized content and advertising within the Application and website to customers whose behavior indicates that they are interested in a particular subject area.

Information from other Sources

Company sometimes supplement the information that Company receives that has been outlined in this Policy with information from other sources and companies. Such outside information includes updated delivery and address information from carriers or third parties, which enables Company to correct Company’s records and deliver your next purchase from the Application or website or future communications more easily; account information, purchase or redemption information, and page-view information from some merchants with which Company operates co-branded businesses or for which Company provides technical, fulfillment, advertising, or other services; search term and search result information from some searches conducted through the Web search features; search results and links, including paid listings (such as Sponsored Links from Google); and credit history information from credit bureaus, which Company uses to help prevent and detect fraud and to offer certain credit or financial services to some customers.

Information Security

The Company will maintain appropriate safeguards to protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of any customer information under the Company’s control. Please be aware that the transmission of information over wireless and wired networks is not inherently secure, and, although Company endeavors to provide reasonable security measures, no security systems can prevent all potential security breaches.

The Company does not collect, process, or store any financial information through the Application, including credit card and other payment information that you provide when purchasing a trail. Credit card and other payment information is collected through Company’s website and processed, and stored by Stripe, an authorized service provider. All payments are subject to Stripe’s Terms of Use, Purchase and Privacy Policies, current versions of which are located at: stripe.com

Company’s Application and website secure the e-mail address you provide on computer servers in a controlled, secure environment, protected from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. If you choose to create a profile on Company’s Application or website or if you choose to register for an account, you will be required to select a password. This password can be changed at any time after you first log into the service by using your current password. You must keep your password confidential and you must not share this information with anyone. If you share a computer or phone with anyone, you should always log out of the website or Application before leaving it to prevent access to your information from subsequent users of that computer or phone.

Use of Cookies

Company’s website uses cookies to assist you with making your online experience more individualized. A cookie is a text file that is placed on the hard disk of your computer by a web page server. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer. Cookies are uniquely assigned to you, and can only be read by a web server in the domain that issued the cookie to you.

Cookies are used for convenience and to save you time when you next visit Company’s website. The purpose of a cookie is to tell the web server that you have returned to a specific page, so that when you visit the Application or website again, the experience will be personalized. Use of Web Beacons

Company’s Application and website pages may contain electronic images known as web beacons – also referred to as single-pixel gifs – that permit Company to count users who have visited those pages and for other related Application and website statistics – (e.g., recording the popularity of certain website content and verifying system and server integrity). Web beacons are not used to access your personal information on Company’s Application and websites; they are solely used to compile aggregated statistics concerning the use of Company’s Application and websites. Web beacons collect only a limited set of information including a cookie number, the time and date of a page view, and a description of the page on which the web beacon resides.

User Access to and Control of Information

You can access some of the information that Company collects and processes about you. For example, you can access information regarding personally identifiable information (including name, e-mail, password, communications preferences).

Occasionally, Company will send out e-mails concerning website or Application disruptions, new products and other news about Company’s products and services. These e-mails are sent to all account holders and are not subscription-based. Such e-mails are considered a part of Company’s service to the users of its Application and website.

Company does not sell alcoholic beverages and Company encourages those who are legally permitted to consume alcohol to do so responsibly. Company requests that visitors under the legal age to consume alcoholic beverages not register on Company’s Application or website or give Company information about themselves. Company requires that you certify that you are over the legal age to consume alcoholic beverages to register and access all aspects of the Application and website.

Conditions of Use, Notices and Revisions

By using Company’s Application or visiting Company’s websites, you accept that your visit and any dispute over privacy is subject to this policy and Company’s conditions of use, including limitations on damages, arbitration of disputes and application of the law of the State of Colorado. If you have any concern about privacy issues, please contact Company as directed in this Policy. This Privacy Policy applies only to the Company’s Applications and websites and not to any third-parties that may be accessed through hyper-links on this website. Company reserves the right to occasionally update this Policy. At such time, Company will also revise the “last updated” date at the end of the Policy. For material changes to this Policy, Company will notify you by placing prominent notice on the website or Application. Company recommends that you periodically review this Policy.
