Directs the Secretary of the Interior, if within one year after the completion of the appraisal required by this Act, the Mount Olivet Cemetery Association of Salt Lake City, Utah, submits an offer to acquire the federal reversionary interest in all of the approximately 60 acres of land in Salt Lake City conveyed to the Association under the Act of January 23, 1909, to convey to the Association such reversionary interest in the lands covered by the offer. Requires the completion of such conveyance within 30 days of the date of such offer.
Instructs the Secretary to complete a survey of such lands to determine the precise boundaries and acreage of the lands subject to the federal reversionary interest.
Requires the Association to pay: (1) to the Secretary the appraised value of the federal interest, which shall be paid within 30 days after the conveyance is made; and (2) all costs associated with the conveyance, including the cost of the survey and appraisal.
Requires proceeds from the conveyance to be deposited in the Federal Land Disposal Account established by the Federal Land Transaction Facilitation Act and to be utilized in accordance with Account provisions.
