Commends the quick response by flight attendants Doreen Welsh, Donna Dent, and Sheila Dail to prepare passengers for impact and rapid evacuation.
Praises the quick response from the boats, first responders, and private citizens that aided in the rescue of the passengers of Fight 1549.
