This resolution requests that the Department of State provide Congress with information on Israel's human rights practices.

The resolution also requests a description of the steps the United States has taken to promote human rights as part of Israel's activities, including in Gaza and West Bank. It also requests certain other items of information, including, for example, an assessment of Israeli compliance with international human rights law and the likelihood that Israel will use U.S. security assistance in the armed conflict in Gaza and the West Bank.
