This resolution finds Peter K. Navarro and Daniel Scavino Jr. in contempt of Congress for failing to comply with congressional subpoenas. The resolution also directs the Speaker of the House to (1) certify the related reports from the Select Committee to Investigate the January 6th Attack on the United States Capitol to the United States Attorney's Office for the District of Columbia for criminal proceedings, and (2) take all other appropriate action to enforce the subpoenas.
