This resolution finds Stephen K. Bannon in contempt of Congress for failing to comply with a congressional subpoena. It also directs the Speaker of the House to (1) certify the related report from the Select Committee to Investigate the January 6th Attack on the United States Capitol to the United States Attorney's Office for the District of Columbia for criminal proceedings, and (2) take all other appropriate action to enforce the subpoena.
